Valor Fitness Return Policy?
Valor Fitness offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless deemed otherwise by Valor Fitness staff. Returns are subject to return shipping and/or restocking fees. Any parts missing from the return will result in additional fees, which will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of when the labels were provided. Returns sent back outside of this window will automatically be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be new and in unused condition with original packaging. Items not eligible for returns or exchanges include clearance items, final sale items, and apparel. Refunds will be applied directly to the card used at the time of purchase, and it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process. Cancelations must be requested as soon as possible, and if the order has already been processed, cancelations cannot be guaranteed. No exchanges are allowed for orders purchased through the website, but in-store purchases can be exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Promotions and sales do not apply to prior purchases. If the box arrives damaged, customers should contact Valor Fitness for assistance. The return policy is subject to change at any time based on the product and situation.
